Use License

Limitations
In no event shall OASYS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use OASYS services, even if OASYS or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
